Social advocacy
Co Robimy?
We are changing the attitudes of Polish society towards LGBT+ people in order to increase support for equality demands.
Achieving equality in Poland requires public support for the demands of LBGT+ people. Recent years have seen an increase in the level of acceptance towards LGBT+ people. However, for equality to become reality, these attitudes need to change throughout Polish society. Moreover, allies need to support this objective more frequently and with active efforts. When it comes to attitude change, we are focused on the area of family and transgender rights.
In order to achieve this goal, KPH undertakes measures directed at changing social attitudes, provides opinion leaders with know-how and skills which allow them to become competent advocates for LGBT+ people, and cooperates with politicians, motivating this group to take actions to promote equality.
