Miko Czerwiński (they/them)
executive director
An activist with over 15 years of experience. They serve on the boards of the Równość.org.pl Foundation and the Campaign Against Homophobia. For years, they have worked to support LGBTQIA people in southeastern Poland. They use their extensive experience as an external consultant for non-governmental organizations in the areas of strategic management, advocacy, and campaigning. They work as a Campaigns and Mobilisation Manager at Amnesty International, focusing on sexual and reproductive rights and combating violence and discrimination, with additional qualifications as an observer and educator. They also have prior experience in development projects in East Africa in cooperation with, among others, UN-HABITAT, as well as coordinating social projects in London. They hold a degree in cultural management from Jagiellonian University. Beginning in 2026, they will assume the position of Executive Director at KPH.

She joined the KPH team in 2018 as Program Coordinator for Equal Treatment in Health and Education. Since 2022, she has been part of the team supporting the LGBT+ movement. In 2023, she became Program Manager, and since 2025 she has served as Movement Support and Social Advocacy Manager. She is responsible, among other things, for long-term planning and implementation of the organization’s substantive activities.

He joined the KPH team in July 2024 to take on the position of advocacy manager. Together with the advocacy team, he develops and implements advocacy strategies focused on introducing legal solutions in favor of LGBT+ people. He is the co-founder and current president of the Katowice-based association Tęczówka.

Katarzyna Niemiec (she/her)

She has over a dozen years of experience in Public Relations and communications, and has been involved in the non-profit sector since 2017. For several years, she managed strategic partnerships, event organization, and communications support for campaigns at Amnesty International. She led the Digital Activism Program communications team at TechSoup Europe and also served as Project Manager for the Next Generation EU campaign within the European Commission’s strategic communications team. Since 2021, she has been working with the Równość.org.pl Foundation to advance LGBTQIA rights, including leading workshops and training sessions on communication and advocacy skills.

She joined the KPH team in 2023. She is responsible for financial matters, including budgeting, financial reporting, and grant settlements. An economist by education, she has over a decade of experience working in management offices of organizations of various sizes. In recent years, she has been involved with the nonprofit sector.

She joined KPH in 2022 as advocacy and legal actions coordinator. Annamaria is a member of the association’s program team responsible for implementing KPH’s strategy. She coordinates one of KPH’s key areas of work – Legal Proceedings. She is also part of the team responsible for international political advocacy.

Magdalena Więch (she/her)

She joined the team in 2024 as LGBT+ movement support program coordinator. She is a member of the program staff responsible for implementing KPH’s strategy. Her duties include planning and executing activities addressing the needs of the LGBT+ movement, strengthening relationships between organizations, groups, and individuals within the movement, and building connections with other social justice movements.

He joined the KPH team in July 2025 as a strategic partnerships specialist. He is responsible for relations with corporate clients and embassies, as well as for delivering equality trainings. Miłosz is also strongly connected to the LGBT+ movement, especially to communities under the Bi+ umbrella. He is the co-author of the book “Kropka nad Bi” (2022), the first publication in the Central and Eastern European region fully dedicated to Bi+ people.

Mateusz Trzebiatowski (he/him)

With Campaign Against Homofobia since 2025. He works on the communication of advocacy and social initiatives, collaborates with influencers, and co-creates PR campaigns and projects. He has 10 years of experience in communications. Previously, he collaborated with Warsaw-based cultural institutions, NGOs, commercial brands, and magazines.

Mateusz Trzaska (he/him)

A long-time coordinator of nationwide youth-focused campaigns. For years, he has been engaged in advocacy, social, and educational initiatives promoting equality and counteracting discrimination, with a particular focus on the situation of young LGBTQ+ people in smaller towns. He combines experience in project work, coordination of social initiatives, and cooperation with public institutions with hands-on practice in advocacy and community support. In his work, he focuses on amplifying the voices of LGBTQ+ individuals and driving lasting systemic change. He is a law student and joined KPH in January 2026.

Anna Mikulska (she/her)
media relations specialist

Media relations specialist in the NGO sector, journalist, and researcher, focused on human rights and animal rights. Her work has been published in various Polish media outlets. She also organizes workshops on responsible journalism and storytelling. Previously at Amnesty International Poland. She joined the KPH team in January 2026.

Agnieszka Kulikowska

She gained management experience as a Senior Partner at the international firm Page Executive, which specializes in recruiting executives for local, regional, and global boards—a company she helped introduce to the Polish market in 2014. She is the Global Leader of the Diversity & Inclusion Ambassadors Network at Page Executive and a member of the local board of Michael Page, Poland’s largest permanent recruitment firm, where she has worked for 15 years. She has long been engaged in promoting diversity and inclusion, women’s leadership, and LGBT+ rights in corporate environments.

Blanka Rozbicka
co-chair of the KPH Board
A member of the KPH Board with long-standing experience in promoting LGBT+ inclusion in business. She gained management experience as the leader of the LGBT+ employee network at NatWest Poland. In 2017, she received the People Who Change Business award from the Responsible Business Forum in the Diversity category. Blanka is also a co-founder of an inter-company network advocating for LGBT+ people. She played an active role in organizing the LGBT+ Diamonds Awards, held for the first time in Poland in 2018. She is new to the KPH Board—this is her first experience serving on the board of a non-governmental organization.

Paweł Szulewski
secretary of the Board
Serving his first term on the KPH Board. He gained experience in the third sector through work with numerous NGOs, including since 2020 with the Federation of Equality Signs, which runs the Krakow Equality Center DomEQ. He is engaged in international political advocacy for equality and combating discrimination and homophobia, including during the UN’s Universal Periodic Review (UPR) in Poland. Paweł is an expert in contract negotiation and management in the IT sector, as well as in IT and new technology law. In his free time, he is a marathon runner and travel enthusiast.

Urszula Jakubowska

Treasurer of the KPH Board, with extensive experience in advancing LGBT+ inclusion in business. Since 2018, she has been a member of LGBT+ employee networks. From 2020 to 2022, she chaired the LGBT+ Employee Group at Citibank Europe PLC. Since 2022, she has been a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Group at ING Hubs Poland. A graduate of Queer Studies. In her free time, she is passionate about music—she was for many years responsible for the music platform at KPH during Warsaw Equality Parades.

Marek Szolc
member of the Board
A lawyer and expert in public policy and corporate social responsibility. He serves as Head of Business Ethics at EcoVadis—an international ESG rating agency—and is the founder of its LGBT+ employee network Rainbovadis. He is co-founder and Vice President of the TTT Institute – Rainbow Think Tank, a foundation supporting the Polish LGBT+ ecosystem with modern know-how and tools for effective scaling. From 2018 to 2024, he served as a Warsaw City Councilor. He co-authored the Warsaw Declaration for the LGBT+ Community and the Civil Partnership Bill in 2018.
