How to donate 1.5% of your personal income tax to KPH?

Donate 1.5% of your personal income tax to KPH in one of the following three ways:

    Fill out a paper PIT form

    and enter in the appropriate box the KRS number of KPH: 0000111209 (the name and address of the organization are not needed - the KRS itself is sufficient). If you are using help of an accountant, remember to inform her which organisation you wish to support with 1.5% of your personal income tax.

    Use the Portal Podatkowy website,

    where an electronic version of your PIT form is available. Fill it out and enter in the appropriate box the KRS number of KPH: 0000111209 (the name and address of the organization are not needed - the KRS itself is sufficient).

  • 3

    Fill out your PIT form online

    using the free PITax programme, where the KRS number of KPH has already been entered in the appropriate box.

The raised funds will be used to:

  • Work on introducing marriage equality and registered civil partnerships in Poland.
  • Support rainbow families in winning equal rights.
  • Implement advocacy initiatives on an international level.
  • Conduct lawsuits and strategic litigations aimed at achieving equality for LGBT+ people.
  • Strengthen organisations advocating for LGBT+ people.
  • Develop initiatives to involve business in the fight for equality.
